Honoring U.S. Army 1st Lt. Brian Bradshaw
This R.E.D. Friday, we honor Brian Bradshaw of the U.S. Army for his service with the 1st Battalion, 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Airborne Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division. Lt. Bradshaw was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 25, 2009, when a roadside bomb detonated near his vehicle during Operation Enduring Freedom. The Bradshaw Hero WOD — 10 rounds for time of 3 handstand push-ups, 6 deadlifts, 12 pull-ups, and 24 double-unders — stands as a tribute to his sacrifice and unrelenting spirit.
