Teamwork makes the dream work! Although our team is dedicated to elevating your fitness experience, it takes some effort on your part as well. That said, please show up prepared! Get a good night’s rest the night prior and drink plenty of water before, during, and after your class.

Wear clothes designed to move

Comfort is key! Please wear enclosed running shoes, athletic shorts/pants, and an athletic top to your workout. Many HEWmans also bring a sweat towel for use after the workout.

Arrive 15 MINUTES early for your personal Consultation

To make the most of your experience, please arrive 15 minutes before class. Our team will provide you with a quick tour of the facility, provide you with a personal consultation, and make sure you are all smiles before your class.

Coach Motivation Warm-Up - HEW Fitness.jpg

Warm-up

Get ready to move through a series of group-led dynamic warm-ups. Once your heart is pumping and muscles are activated, our coaches will review the workout and provide any pertinent instructions. Once complete, a secondary exercise-specific warm-up will help ensure proper form, technique, and personalized scalability to your fitness goals.

Workout

3…2…1…GO! Our made-from-scratch workouts are 20-30 minutes long and fully scalable to your personal fitness level. Varied daily, our workouts combine strength, high-intensity intervals, cardiovascular endurance, and core training to maximize your results.

Cool Down

Hang out until the end! After each workout, our team will once again regroup for a structured cool-down. This important stretch session also includes time for our camaraderie-building question of the day.

After finishing your workout, it’s time for some much-needed rest and recovery. Your body just did a lot of hard work, so be sure to rehydrate, fuel your body with healthy foods, and bank some extra sleep at night!
