  • Offering an exciting twist on traditional exercising, HEW Fitness will become more than just your gym. Our personalized group workouts combine HIIT, strength training, and cardio to produce optimal exercise benefits. Our programming is designed to simultaneously push and support people at every level.

  • Our coaches can’t wait to inspire, motivate, and challenge you as you become the best version of yourself.

    • Your class is designed to maximize your results in just 45 minutes!

    • Arrive early. Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled class for our team to get to know you, show you around, and provide you with a personal fitness consultation.

    • Shirt, shoes and smile required. Wearing the right attire allows you to focus on what really matters — your workout! Comfortable, athletic clothing and supportive shoes will not only keep you safe but help you get the most out of your hard work. Please note: to create a hygienic environment and supportive atmosphere, shirts are required at all times.

    • To provide you with an amazing experience, our team may scale back your workout movements or workout timing.

    • Hang out until the end. Finish your workout early? Support and encourage your fellow HEWmans as they complete theirs! Trust us, there is no better feeling than cheering someone on as they finish their workout. Afterwards everyone participates in a recovery stretch and a community-building question of the day (QOD).

    • At the end of your class, give us a thumbs up and we’ll get you set up for future classes and membership benefits.

  • To make the most out of your workout experience, please wear/bring the following: Enclosed running shoes, athletic shorts/pants, athletic shirt, towel, and water bottle.

    We kindly ask that clothing that may be perceived as intimidating, revealing, or offensive not be worn. Franchisees reserve the right to refuse entrance to any client who is not properly attired or is wearing clothing that may be considered offensive to other members.

  • Of course! Eating prior to class is essential to provide your body with the necessary fuel and energy, enabling you to perform at your best and recover effectively. Opt for a nourishing snack like a hard-boiled egg, fresh fruit, or even a protein bar!

  • The only predictable thing about our workouts is that they are unpredictable. Our dedicated programming team carefully crafts every workout from scratch. This unrivaled variety will keep you crushing goals for years to come. No plateaus. No loss in motivation. Pure results.

    Examples of our equipment include medicine balls, ropes, cardio rowing machines, boxes, dumbbells, barbells, rings, kettlebells, and more!

    Furthermore, each movement has a progression that comes with it. This means that you can make the movement as easy or as challenging as you'd like.

  • Every member, including those on trial, has full access to unlimited class times, personalized fitness consults, clinics, nutritional guidance, and most importantly, all of our community events.

  • If you currently have or have had an injury, it is important to consult with your doctor before embarking on a new exercise regimen. That said, our coaches will provide you with personalized attention and are incredibly knowledgeable in scaling and modifying the movements according to your individual needs.

  • Please consult with your doctor first.

    That said, we have many members who continue to work out at HEW throughout their pregnancy. If you have been active prior to becoming pregnant, you should be able to workout at HEW with modifications as needed.

    If you have never done anything like this before, and are already a few months pregnant, it is best to wait until after you have your baby to start your fitness journey. Then, show up at HEW to get back in shape quickly!
