HOnoring LT. Greyson Reed Abrams
This R.E.D. Friday, we recognize Lt. Greyson Reed Abrams, a U.S. Navy Registered Nurse and honored wounded warrior. While serving in the line of duty, Abrams sustained multiple injuries—including broken bones and a severe concussion—while caring for fellow service members. Medically retired as a 100% disabled veteran, he is recognized by the Wounded Warrior Foundation for his courage, sacrifice, and compassion. His father, Jerry Abrams, is proud to dedicate this workout in his son’s name at our Port St. Lucie, Florida gym, honoring his legacy of service before self.
