The only predictable thing about our Asheville fitness classes is that they are unpredictable. Our dedicated programming team carefully crafts every workout from scratch. This unrivaled variety will keep you crushing goals for years to come.

Your 45-minute class will kick off with a structured, coach-led warm-up to get your body warm. From there, our team will go over your workout and help tailor it to your needs. After 3…2…1…GO, it’s time to get sweaty!
Once the prescribed group workout is complete, you’ll gather around with fellow HEWmans, enjoy a question-of-the-day, and complete a structured cool down. You’ll finish the class feeling empowered having worked every area of your body and ready to tackle whatever the day has in store.
NO EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM!
Worried about not having any experience? Don’t be. Absolutely none is necessary for our classes. In fact, many of our members started in the same exact place as you. You’ll feel right at home after walking through our doors and being greeted with a big smile.

HEW Fitness offers dynamic exercises that target nearly every muscle group while cultivating physical and psychological benefits. Your boot camp-style class will consist of core work, pushing, pulling, and other unique calorie-burning exercises. Equipment will include items like barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, ropes, tires, and more.
Don't worry if you are unfamiliar with the equipment - our coaches provide detailed instructions for each step of the process. We always emphasize safety and stick to careful protocols.
